All of the UC's do in fact have different shades of blue and gold.

UC Berkeley - Yale Blue & California Gold (Golden Bear/Oski)
UC Davis - Aggie Blue & Gold (Aggie)
UC Irvine - UC Irvine Blue & UC Irvine Gold (Anteater/Peter)
UCLA - UCLA Blue & UCLA Gold (Bruin/Joe and Josephine)
UC Merced - Royal Blue & Gold (Golden Bobcats)
UC Riverside - Sky Blue & Gold (The Highlanders/Scotty)
UC San Diego - Navy Blue & Gold (Tritons)
UC Santa Barbara - Blue & Gold in assorted shades (Gauchos)
UC Santa Cruz - UCSC Blue & UCSC Gold (Banana Slugs/Sammy)
UCSF - Teal

I think UCSF is the most interesting. So simple and to the point.
